How does SquarePeg define a job post?

A job published on SquarePeg with sourcing enabled.

What happens when sourcing is enabled or disabled for a job post?

When sourcing is enabled, SquarePeg creates a sponsored job post on the LinkedIn page of your choosing. Additionally, SquarePeg continuously sources passive candidates and identifies top applicants based on job requirements while sourcing is enabled.

When sourcing is disabled, SquarePeg removes the job post from LinkedIn and pauses sourcing and screening. This allows users to manage existing candidates and facilitate interviews without receiving additional applicants.

Does SquarePeg charge per hire?

No, pricing is determined by number of job posts. For each job post, an unlimited number of hires can be made. For example, if SquarePeg recruits multiple qualified applicants for a single job post, multiple applicants can be hired without any impact to billing.

How does the free trial work?

A free trial includes one (1) job post. Once this job has been published, SquarePeg will source candidates and identify top applicants for 14 days. Free trials do not require a credit card and are limited to new SquarePeg accounts.

How does SquarePeg integrate with my ATS?

SquarePeg can import a job description from any ATS job. This job description is used to generate candidate targeting criteria and source candidates. All qualified applicants (i.e. those matching job targeting criteria) will be exported to the connected ATS job.
